How Can I Help

You may have searched for a “career consultant near me”, “business consultant near me” or “career coach near me”, but what you really want is practical support to get clear and move forward.

I bring together career and business clarity, coaching, consultancy, project management and implementation experience.

Before moving into my business full-time, I spent over two decades in the NHS, most recently as a Senior Project Manager and previously as a Senior Implementation Specialist. That background means I naturally work with both the practical and human side of change.

I support employed people, career changers and early-stage business owners to understand where they are now, what they already

have to offer, and what practical steps would help them move forward.

Whether you are exploring a career change, thinking about creating a side income, developing a business idea or trying to work out your next practical step, my aim is to help you move from:

I work online, by phone, or face to face if you are local to Colchester.

Support is available through one-to-one clarity and implementation sessions, online courses and group programmes, depending on where you are and what kind of support you need.

I wanted to spend more time focusing on my passion for writing fiction, but my hectic life always seemed to get in the way.
