Crystal healing is similar to Reiki but within the session the healer directs the healing energy though the crystals to amplify the effect of the healing
How does it Work
Crystals come from planet earth and are formed over millions of years. Each Crystal has its own molecule structure which makes them vibrate at different frequencies. When you place crystals over certain parts of your body, the energy transforms, vibrates, pulses, moves and shifts in accordance with the properties and energetic signature of the crystal. It is this vibrational energy that helps those parts of the body to heal.
Within a healing session the Practitioner will also place Crystals over the Chakras to help realign them and release any blockages within the energy fields.
I also design Jewellery using Sterling Silver Wire and Crystals.
What Happens in The Session
When you book your first session with me I will provide you with an intake form. Within this form you give me information about any issues you are experiencing. This will help me select the best Crystals to use within your healing session with me.
The sessions are held local to Colchester, Essex or I can visit you at home.

When we meet for the first time, we will sit down and discuss your intake form and you can ask me any questions related to the session.
I will then get your comfortable and we will start the Crystal healing. This will take approximately 35 – 40 mins depending on the aspects that need healing.
We then discuss any things that come up within the session for you. Also at this point you can decide if you would like further sessions. For the most benefit I would suggest a minimum of three.
History of Crystal Healing

Cultures all over the world are known to use crystals and stones to heal the body, soul and mind.
The metaphysical powers of crystals were used in ancient cultures including the Egyptians, Mayans and Sumerians who regularly adorned their bodies, jewellery and buildings with sacred crystals and stones.
