Learn the basics of the Sedona Method

The door will be closed at 10.10 and late comers will not be permitted as this will disturb the rest of the group.
So, what to expect on the day.
As you enter the Tree Room, there is a small seating area. Please wait in there and I will come and collect you. The session is 1 hour but please bring water/drink with you if required.
The Sedona Method is an internal process, so you do not need to bring any special clothing or items with you.
I will give a short talk on what the Method is and how it helps you.
I will demonstrate the process with a volunteer and will also lead a group release so that you will be able to experience the Method for yourself.
I will be providing a handout for you to take away with you so you will not need to make notes.
