Accountability Group

Accountability Group started on 2nd September 2019. It was set-up for individuals who want to develop their business, in a supportive group of others who are experiencing the same challenges.

Each month we will cover a Business related Topic (details in below table). A workbook will be developed, related to that Topic that we work through within the session.

Each month you will also commit to a Goal with Action Steps that you want to achieve before the next months meeting. This will either be related to what was covered in that month’s session or anything else you need to work on to move your business forward.
To keep you Accountable I will contact you on a WEEKLY basis to find out how you are getting on with your action steps to ensure you are following through.

The sessions are held once a month online via Teams
Attendance is free for any previous Member of IM4S Group.
